You'll sample various types of Japanese sake, learning the basics of pairing them with sushi. The culinary journey includes enjoying nine pieces of sushi (one expertly crafted by the chef), maki rolls, and crispy tempura. To conclude, you'll whisk your own matcha green tea and savour it alongside traditional Japanese sweets.
