Next, we'll head down Spaccanapoli – the street that slices Naples in two. As you stroll past the timeworn churches and crumbling palaces, you'll get to sample some Neapolitan classics – cuoppo di frittura, a paper cone full of fried bites, and pizza fritta, pizza dough that's deep-fried instead of baked.
