Symi Island Free Time with Bus and Boat Transfer

We really enjoyed Symi island but we thought we would have longer on the Island. It took over 5 hours travelling time which u dont get told about . Ferry very uncomfortable too no decent seats as last on . Very tiring as the travelling is a long time

Irini our TUI guide looked after us well. She was such a pleasant happy person. The drivers in both directions from and back to the hotel were pleasant people too. All in all a trip worth going on. Lovely harbour and no walking up steep hills necessary.

Pick up time changed to 55 mins earlier than booked. However on time, 3 hour stop and a 45 min stop in two places. Ferry 2 hrs. All in all from hotel pick up was 11.5 hr day Symi was lovely and worth the effort. I think the trip was worth £36 including pick up and drop off and the ferry ticket

It’s a waste of time stopping at the monastery, if we’re not going to have a guide as it wasn’t clear what you had to do in the chapel and I was refused entry and I was wearing a dress with shoulders covered. I would much rather have had longer in Symi

Pick up efficient. Driver polite and good. Guide good to get to ferry. Crossing good. Free time on Simu. Disappointed no local beach for snorkelling

The island itself was stunning. As for the experience through tui. The bus turned up 25 minutes late without any email or message regarding this. When I spoke to the hotel rep, he was very rude and stated that as I didn't book through, he couldn't help me, even though I booked through the tui app. He then rang the experience guide and he informed me that the bus was due at 915 and I should have received a message about this, which I hadnt
