the attraction is wheelchair-accessible, but a maximum of 3 wheelchairs in total is allowed in the building at any one time; disabled guests pay the standard price while their carer can enter free of charge

Know in advance:

please fill in correctly all passports' information at time of booking
infants aged 0-5 years or less than 1.40 metres tall can visit the museum for free, but must show their passport at the entrance
entry to the attraction is only at the time shown on your e-ticket; you will need to scan your e-ticket at the main entrance before the start of your tour
although the doors close after last admission, guests already inside the building can take their time to explore Madame Tussauds at a relaxed pace
