Hop on your sturdy three-wheeled motorbike, known as a Ryker, and zip off to explore Malta's islands for the afternoon. You'll head north from Malta to Gozo, stopping on Comino Island for a couple of hours to relax at a lagoon or go for a swim. Then, on Gozo, golden hour meets open-road freedom as your guide leads you on a ride to top spots like the island's temples, citadel and sweeping bays. As the sun sets, tuck into a Mediterranean platter with an optional cocktail – or mocktail if you're the one driving – before rounding off your trip with a nighttime ferry ride back to Malta.
