Gozo Island Tour with Victoria Citadel

Great guide leading the tour as always. As an introductions to Gozo it was great. There is so much to see in the Maltese islands and a tour like this is a good way to get a feeling of what you may want to look at in more detail another time.

The trip was too rushed. The guide walked quickly and didn't wait for everyone to get off the coach before walking. Getting on and off the ferry was difficult and we couldn't see Nika once we left the ferry. So many people, we couldn't hear the guides instructions, I didn't feel the guide was really looking out for the wellbeing of her group. To improve, I would cut the time at each destination by 5 minutes so the guide has time to ensure all of her party are with her.

Overall it was pretty good value for money Would have preferred a little longer about extra 1/2 hour would have done just to look around the town

Trip started off with a lot of hanging around but once on Gozo it improved, the guide was ok, we experienced better on other tours and they can make or break a tour. Food was appalling and TUI need to do something about it, I would avoid the food if you can, generally ok the trip to Mdina was far superior

The experience would be better if the guests were provided with ear pieces to enable us to hear the guide more easily when walking rather than having to stand close to others. Time to access to the Citadel church would have been a bonus. It all felt a little bit rushed
