What to expect

Nothing says Lapland more than a traditional sleigh ride through dreamy snowy landscape. You'll enjoy a Santa-style sleigh ride pulled by reindeers past wintery scenes, and warm up your fingertips at the end with a hot berry drink and Lappish snack over an open fire as you learn all about reindeer herding.

Climb aboard Santa's sleigh and set off through the magical winter wonderland that is Lapland. You'll glide effortlessly past frozen lakes and forests carpeted in powdery snow during the ride, and watch as the reindeers pull you along as they navigate the land.

    First of all we had booked the 5th of Dec and this date was changed to the 7th and we were not told .TUI rep Jack Frost was absolutely brilliant though dealing with this for us. When we were collected from our hotel Panorama we were brought to the meeting point down town but we were never told that we would not be dropped back to our hotel and when we asked the guide he said no it's collection only not dropped back .We had a small child with us and had to make our own way back but not told

    The guide and the staff were fantastic. The staff really knew what they was on about and the guy was really friendly and helpful. We booked this trip for my wife’s birthday on her birthday but then to be told when we get there but they have moved the date without telling me and the only way I found out was by asking what time I was on the trip and then still they told me it was going ahead on her birthday and I couldn’t change the time Then be told by another Rep it was the day before
