There are 2 Chopin Concerts in Krakow. In a church another in a concert hall. We choose the one in the concert hall. When we arrived we were told that we were in the wrong place, despite me showing the printed tickets that I was sent which clearly stated concert hall. The man that was called to talk to us said this company cant be trusted and they don't deal with them anymore because this always happens. I told him I always book with this company. We were sent to the church where were allowed in
