What to expect

Enjoy a guided tour of the Burj Al Arab, and finish your experience with a Gold Cappuccino at Uma Lounge.

Start your tour with a nonalcoholic welcome drink, followed by a buggy ride over the bridge to Burj Al Arab island. Receive a traditional Emirati welcome and take the panoramic elevator up to the 25th floor.

Look over the Dubai coastline and spot Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Marina or the northern views with World Islands and the Northern Coastline up to the Burj Khalifa.

Explore the Experience Suite and admire the panoramic views. Visit the Royal Suite and take the Gold-Plated elevator to the boutique. Finally, head to Uma Sunset Lounge for a delicious Gold Cappuccino.

In the end, a buggy will bring you back to Jumeirah Beach Hotel.

What to remember
  • Please note, the doors open 9.30am, make sure to arrive 15 minutes before the experience starts
  • The tour takes approximately 60-90 minutes
  • Those aged 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult aged 21+
  • Children 0-3 years of age are free and will receive a complimentary ticket from Jumeirah Beach Hotel Ticketing Lounge. Proof of age may be required
  • The ticket includes one Gold Cappuccino beverage at UMA Sunset Lounge after the tour. Shisha is and additional food and drinks are available at a charge
  • Respectful clothing (smart/casual attire) is mandatory
  • Knee-length shorts are allowed for males and females, although no beachwear, flip-flops or slippers are permitted. Men must wear closed shoes

    Es war einfach ein traumhaftes Erlebnis. Dies bleibt immer in unserer Erinnerung. Sehr spektakulär einfach alles.Gebäude, Ausstattung, Service, vor allem ist die Uma Lounge zu empfehlen einen Gold-Cappucino und ein Glas Champagner bei Sonnenuntergang zu genießen.

    Muss man mal gesehen haben. Schade dass man den Landeplatz vom Hubschrauber nicht sehen kann. In deutsch wäre auch ??

    Da das Gebäude schon 25 Jahre alt ist , wirkt die Tour durch die Royal Sweet als etwas altbacken. Diese könnte einmal Saniert werden.
