    Pick-up point extremely easy to find. Very friendly coach guide and great coach transfer. Entry to Versailles was easy and quick to navigate. Would defintley recommend and use this provider again.

    Het afspreek punt was niet correct in de mail, te laat vertrokken, en er was helemaal geen audio guide. Enkel een qr code naar een gratis app

    Reisde met partner

    Abfahrt sollte 11 Uhr starten, Gefahren sind wir 11:15 Uhr. Dann lief der Guide sehr schnell voraus, das einige in der Gruppe nicht mitkamen. Einen Audio Guide haben wir nicht erhalten, nur einen Quellcode fürs Handy. 14:50 sollten wir wieder am Bus sein. Wir sind dann selbst mit dem Zug zurück. Das Personal war sehr unfreundlich und unhöflich. Nächstes Mal mit einem anderen Anbieter.

    Rating would have been excellent except you should clarify before finding out at the meeting place that the 4hr excursion duration includes the bus journey to The venue which took 45minutes. On purchasing the audio guide and listening to only half the commentaries left barely time for a cup of tea!
