The boat with the sign 'Fjord Cruise' or 'Sightseeing' departs from platform E, City Hall Pier 4, behind Fisketorget. Please arrive 10-15 minutes before departure time.

There is an option to disembark at Bygdøy, a dock situated close to the Fram Museum, Norwegian Maritime Museum and Kon-Tiki Museum. Please note that the stop at Bygdøy may not always be available. It is recommended to confirm with the crew in advance if you plan to disembark at or be picked up from Bygdøy. Alternatively, use the hop-on-hop-off bus, or regular buses at your own cost, to go back to the city centre
Snacks and hot/cold beverages are available for purchase onboard. Other amenities: onboard toilets, blankets, panoramic windows for better views, safety measures (life jackets, safety instructions)
Download the audio guide app prior to the tour. Once the app is open, the audio guide will start automatically when the tour begins. You will receive instructions on your voucher
