Pompeji ist mehr als ein in der Zeit eingefrorener Moment, Pompeji ist ein Fenster in die Vergangenheit. Auf diesem morgendlichen Ausflug entdecken Sie die bemerkenswert gut erhaltenen Häuser und Sehenswürdigkeiten Pompejis, die es zum UNESCO-Weltkulturerbe gemacht haben.

Durch den katastrophalen Ausbruch des, in der Ferne hoch aufragenden, Vesuvs im Jahr 79 n. Chr. unter Vulkanasche begraben, erweckt Pompeji das antike Rom zum Leben. Spazieren Sie durch die gepflasterten Straßen, die durch Audiokommentar über Kopfhörer zum Leben erweckt werden.

Alle wichtigen Höhepunkte der Stätte sind hier zu sehen - die Gladiatorenkasernen, die Thermen und die Marktplätze. An den Wänden der Häuser der einstigen römischen Elite können Sie noch immer Fresken bestaunen.

Capri Island Boat Cruise from Maiori

Capri is a small island with a big reputation. On this boat trip, you'll cruise around it, with stops to take in famous natural landmarks as well as swim in the sea. There's also the option of a visit to the Blue Grotto. That's not all though – there'll be some free time in Capri town.Travelling from Maiori, you'll zoom over to Positano or Praiano port by speedboat. On arrival, you'll be welcomed aboard a traditional Sorrentine gozzo boat and sail across the Bay of Naples to Capri. Cruise past the Natural Arch, Santa Croce Bay and the fjord of Furore. There's also a photo stop at Marina di Praia. We'll then continue west, drifting by the Sirenuse Islands, locally known as Li Galli – ‘the Cocks'.Once we've reached Capri, you'll catch sight of the White Grotto, the Natural Arch, Villa Malaparte, Faraglioni Rocks, Marina Piccola and the Green Grotto for a swim. There's an optional visit into the Blue Grotto available, too. We'll then dock in Capri town for some free time for shopping. To round off the cruise, there'll be a swimming stop on the return to Maiori.
