Please note that the access to the Mole Antonelliana is temporarily suspended. Discover the Mole Antonelliana, one of the most famous and beautiful landmarks of Turin, and visit the National Museum of Cinema. The first floor consists of the Archeology of Cinema, followed by the Temple Hall and the Film Machine. You'll also find a floor dedicated to the Poster Gallery, before climbing up to the dome of the Mole Antonelliana and enjoying a unique view of the city.
Before becoming a monument for national unity, the Mole was designed as a synagogue by architect Alessandro Antonelli in 1863, and was completed in 1889. In 1961 the panoramic elevator was opened, it is still in function, allowing you to reach the temple placed at 85m.
