The tour was very well organised. All the staff were very friendly and happy to answer any questions people had about the whales/dolphins etc too. The only small complaint would be the time it took for the transfer. We were first on the bus and it took an hour to pick everyone else up around the town.

Transfer never arrived, by the time we walked down boat had departed. Booked excursion for autistic son who loves sea animals, and now dealing with his disapointment and wasted half a day of our holiday. Booked via tui for customer service, only offered 50% refund as "we should have phoned up to check booking details"?! Too late to rebook as we fly home tomorrow. Very poor communication and customer service.

Fabulous guide.Informative and entertaining. Facilities were good on board, although a packed boat. Bus transfer was chaotic- pick up not from a stop but on a roundabout on a main road. No transfer arranged for the return trip, as they seemed surprised to see two of us - but the bus driver was great and added a stop. On the boat, some (not all) parents decided not to collapse empty baby buggies and left them in the aisles at the window. Difficult for crew and passengers as packed boat.

Absolutely wonderful trip, we sat down, inside & probably saw a lot more than others as we was almost in line with the water.

Hear about the island's wine-making heritage and embrace the sights, smells, tastes, textures and sounds at a family-run winery as you try four vintages, paired with food at every stop along the senses.First, at La Casa del Vino, a 17th-century estate-turned-museum, you'll be welcomed with a glass of local sparkling wine and a rosquette – a Canarian pastry. Your guide will share the story of how savvy 16th-century Spanish growers planted European vines in the fertile, volcanic soil – catapulting Tenerife onto the global wine scene. Then, it's onto Bodegas El Lomo. See the garden, where rare grapes – almost extinct in Europe – continue to thrive, and sip wine, paired with a signature tapa from visionary chef, Jorge Bosch. The in-house wine specialist will take you through the key scents and stages to reveal a wine's origin in an aroma workshop with another signature tapa. Then, it's out to the patio for harvest snacks with textures of toasted gofio grains and a creamy local goat cheese, served with a fruity carbonic macerated wine.
