This scenic route will lead you to a tranquil yoga spot located under the trees, offering a mesmerising view of the Grand Masters Palace. The walk, which serves as a warm-up, is an invigorating 30-minute power walk designed to prepare you for your practice.
Once there, you'll engage in a comprehensive session of yoga and meditation lasting approximately 60 minutes. This full-breath work routine is designed to rejuvenate both body and mind. Following this, you'll continue with a relaxing walking meditation that will guide you back to your starting point at Akantia's new gate.
