The treasures of rural Menorca take top billing on this adults-only tour. You'll journey past fields criss-crossed by miles of dry-stone walls as you visit El Toro, Cala Galdana, Binissues stately home and the renowned Son Martorellet stables for a dressage exhibition. We'll kick off the tour with panoramic views over Menorca at El Toro, the island's highest point. Next up is the manor house of Binissues, which dates from the century Menorca was under British rule. Wander the grounds and have a poke around the restored interior – there's even an insect museum. You'll also have a cheese-making demo and the chance to try some sweet and savoury pastries, all served up with scenic views of the countryside.
After a traditional Menorcan lunch made from locally sourced ingredients at a typical restaurant, you'll stop for photos at Cala Galdana viewpoint, before heading down to the resort's sandy stretch for some free time. Then, at Son Martorellet stud farm, take your seat to watch the spectacular dressage show – the best seats are reserved exclusively for you. The grace and elegance of the endemic Menorquin breed, coupled with the skilled horsemanship of the riders, make for a fabulous experience.
