“Previous visits 100% this time had to share experience with strangers. Luggage guy continually asked for money,the fast track rep seemed unsure in what she was doing giving us wrong passports back & bording cards Which took longer to get through due to waiting for the other people she took through . We should have had a rep each. The people going through with no fast track were through quicker than us having to pay.”

“Not convinced it is worth £42 per person each way to be honest, felt like a bit of a rip off. I imagine it feels better value for money when there is chaos at the airport and too many people there but on a quiet day like when we were there it felt a bit pointless.”

“going out to egypt was ok but coming back there was no body to meet us or help with security etc and bearing in mind there are 2 sets of security it was not easy puting cases on security xray machines so much so i have badly hurt my shoulder because of this , so overall not a great time and i would like a refund”

“on our arrival we were met by a very smart young man who helped us through the airport at hurgada . through the security and visa and through to the taxi transfer, sadly on our return they was no body waiting to meet us at hurghada for our return to gatwick, so i had to struggle with cases through 2 sets of security , passport control and more , a very unpleasent expeirence and managed to hurt my shoulder in the process, now waiting for a refund not happy”
