    Fridge needs to be colder and the food isn't great. Need hot food . The staff are brilliant though . Expensive compared to UK lounges Tui need to update it so it matches the UK lounges

    The host was fantastic and the lounge is clean and comfortable. However when comparing this to No1 Lounge (same price) the food and drinks are sub par.

    Menu was very limited. Service slow, had to go and look for member of staff to get refill. Not great value for money at all. Would not use again.

    We found the staff very helpful and courteous , they even told us when our flight was boarding and arranged the special assistance to take us to the gate. There was nothing that we didn't like and would certainly use this service again.
