Why you’ll love this…
  • Experience luxury glamping in an authentic Rajasthani tent
  • Discover one of Goa's most exclusive beaches
  • Enjoy a campfire dinner with traditional Goan dancing
What to expect

Want to get away from it all? On this two-day tour, you'll visit one of Goa's most exclusive paradise beaches before an evening under the stars in your own seafront tent. After spending the day swimming, snorkelling or chilling in a hammock, you'll spend the night in your Rajasthani AC camp, complete with a comfy bed and an en-suite loo.

Travelling in air-conditioned comfort, you'll start the day heading to secluded Soneca Cola. With swaying palms, white sands, and turquoise waters, it's the perfect hideaway beach. Upon checking in, you'll find that this is more glamping than camping – your tent is kitted out with charming Rajasthani wooden furniture and en-suite facilities. After a buffet lunch, you'll have the afternoon to swim, sunbathe, play volleyball, or visit the lagoon.

Later on, you'll get to tuck into dinner by the campfire and watch local dancing as the stars come out. And following a good night's rest and breakfast, you can opt for an optional dolphin spotting boat trip before heading back to the resort.

Stunning location. Easy transfer from hotel. Good food and comfortable tent. Cash required for drinks. Good value for money. Sea quite rough so not ideal for swimming but don't let that put you off going.

As they lead you into the rainforest, the sights and sounds of the jungle will come alive as you hear stories of survival and sustainable living. While the spices are simmering, you'll head to the eco-village to learn more about how the locals live in harmony with the jungle. They'll welcome you into their houses and show you the sustainable efforts they're making, like turning kitchen waste into cooking gas. After enjoying the fruits of your labour at lunch, it's elephant time. You'll help prepare food for the elephants and then learn from their carers about how they gently communicate and connect with these majestic creatures before you watch them enjoy their mud baths in the river. As the Chapora River gently winds inland, the heritage and nature of the land is revealed. You'll take on a new appreciation of Goa, beyond its famous beaches, as you venture up the river on this adults-only overnight cruise on a luxury houseboat, known locally as a ‘floating villa'. After boarding at Chopdem Jetty, you'll settle into your plush cabin and begin gliding peacefully along the Chapora River. Look out over Sai Island for a glimpse of its resident peacocks, cranes and geese, before grabbing some snacks and drinks and trying your hand at fishing from the boat. As you near Camurlim, you'll catch a romantic sunset that paints the sky in shades of gold, amber and pink. Then it's on towards Bird Sanctuary Island where you could spot white storks, kingfishers and eagles as you eat dinner out on the deck. Then, head to the upper deck for a spot of moonlight dancing and stargazing before you turn in for the night. In the morning you'll wake up to the sound of birdsong and tuck into a hearty breakfast, as you cruise back towards the mouth of the river, where you'll be chauffeured back to your hotel.
