What to expect

At 900 meters above sea level, on the northeast slope of Etna Volcano, stands a beautiful winery, the result of a family business also mentioned by "National Geographic" as one of the top 10 most beautiful wineries with a view in the world. Rediscover the time and the pleasure of the table, enjoying a unique panorama and immersed in a fabulous location.

The staff will be delighted to welcome you by toasting together with a delicious glass of white wine; afterward, the sommelier will guide you on a tour of the winery, above a walkway from which you can admire the barrels and discover the secrets of making a great food and wine pairing, the history of the winery and the techniques of wine production.

At the end of your tour, you will enjoy a tasting of some labels accompanied by a light lunch consisting of cheeses, preserves in oil, cous cous or legume soups depending on the season, cured meats, Nebrodi black pig sausage, and dessert, a cannolino with fresh ricotta.
