What to expect

Discover the Mexican peninsula with a full-day tour including Tulum, Cenotes, and Playa del Carmen, and taste a traditional buffet lunch on the way.

Tulum will be the first stop of the tour. Here you'll be captivated by the archaeological remains and stunning beaches. Continue to Coba Mayan ruins and admire the tallest Pyramid called Nohoch Mul, then swim in the Cenote Kuxtal.

After this exciting adventure, enjoy a traditional Mexican buffet. After lunch, the excursion will continue visiting a cenote, a refreshing natural body of water with a remarkable surrounding environment. Enjoy a free hour to swim and dive in.

The last stop before heading back to the hotels will be the small vibrant city of Playa del Carmen, where you'll find souvenir stores and all kinds of attractions. Spend one hour here before boarding the vehicle and make your way back to Cancun.

Pickups are available for hotels in Cancún Downtown, Mayan Riviera, Akumal, Punta Maroma, Puerto Aventuras, and Puerto Morelos. Please provide your hotel name and address at checkout. If you're staying in a different accommodation, please contact the local operator after booking to arrange the pickup at one of the authorized meeting points in Cancún, Playa del Carmen, and Tulum.
What to remember

Know in advance:

  • If you're staying in a hotel, you'll indicate your pickup location at checkout and receive instructions close to the service date. If you're staying in an flat, please contact the local operator to arrange the pickup
  • Your guide will give you a limited time to look around at every spot, it's very important to follow up on the instructions and be punctual. In case you do not meet the guide's established schedules, the guide will wait for tolerance time and go to the next place
  • For Tulum guests, after completing the Coba, Tulum, cenote, and restaurant tour, you can choose whether you prefer to be dropped off at Tulum Super Aki. The tour operator can arrange this drop-off before heading to Playa del Carmen. If you opt for Playa del Carmen, please note that the bus will not return to drop you off; the driver will need to drop off other customers. Therefore, if you choose Playa del Carmen, you must make your own return arrangements
  • For guests staying at hotels between Tulum and 5th Avenue in Playa del Carmen: If you wish to go to 5th Avenue, you will need to make your own return arrangements because the bus cannot return to the starting point. If you do not wish to go to Playa del Carmen, you will be dropped off at your hotel. Guests staying at hotels further away and closer to Playa del Carmen will be dropped off at 5th Avenue, being the last stop, or at the official and established boarding point indicated to you at the beginning.
  • To all guests of the Bahia Principe hotel complex, the meeting point is at Hacienda Doña Isabel, the official place assigned to board the tour. Be next to the letters Hacienda Doña Isabel
  • The local provider will pick up and gather everyone in smaller vehicles. The last meeting point is where the main bus will be waiting
  • The local operator is not responsible for items left on the vehicle, so make sure you have everything at hand before getting off the vehicle
  • The tour can vary in duration, up to 14 hours or more depending on the transfers from one place to another and the traffic
  • The tour is free for children under 3 years old if they sit on their parent's lap during the ride
  • Bilingual guide, English and Spanish, is included
