Wir haben die Tour schon einmal vor 2 Jahren mitgemacht. Damals war der Aufenthalt in Cofete viel länger, auch war ein zusätzlicher Bade-Stop sowie ein Mittagessen in Puertito vorgesehen. Dieses Mal waren wir von der Tour jedoch enttäuscht, da alles sehr gehetzt ablief. Der Aufenthalt in Cofete war viel zu kurz, es standen weniger als 30 Min. zur Verfügung. Auch fehlte die Zeit zum Baden. Dies wäre nur in Puertito möglich gewesen, dann hätte allerdings keine Möglichkeit bestanden etwas zu essen.

You'll head straight for the island's central mountains. Heading off-road onto hairpin tracks, you'll bump around the lunar-like landscapes of the Roque de Moro, one of the island's highest volcanic peaks. Here, you'll get breathtaking views over the buffeted west coast before dropping down to Cofete. This mostly abandoned village is home to the mysterious Winter Villa – rumoured to have been a Nazi hideout after World War II.
There'll be a photo stop on Cofete beach, and, if the weather's right, extra beach time on the east coast, before you make your way to El Puertito. Here, we'll take a pause – the perfect chance to look around, swim or grab a bite to eat. The final stop of the day is at Punta de Jandia, Fuerteventura's southern tip. Stand at the edge of the island where the ocean meets the sky, rounding off the tour by soaking in show-stopping views.
