Starting from being picked up, you'll sit back, relax, and enjoy an unforgettable journey of a lifetime. Travel south along the shore of Lake Wakatipu, a deep glacial lake surrounded by soaring steep mountains. Then west across Northern Southland to Te Anau where a 30 minute stop allows you to walk around the pretty village nestled on the shores of Lake Te Anau.
Next, travel in a northerly direction to see the vast wilderness of Fiordland National unfold on the opposite side of the lake. Once at Milford a 2-hour cruise commences aboard one of the modern three-deck catamarans taking you the length of the fjord to the Tasman Sea and back.
