Der Guide war pünktlich (leider nur in Englisch und Französisch), haben aber über Internet Zugang zu deutscher Sprache gehabt. Eigentlich wollte ich Wartezeiten vermeiden, deshalb habe ich vorher gebucht. In die 2. Etage haben wir 50 Minuten und für die 3. Etage nochmal 25 Minuten angestanden und gewartet. Holt man sich das Ticket vor Ort, zahlt man 36,10 € bis in die 3. Etage. Trotz Guide finde ich 99,00 € dann einfach überteuert.
